In a significant legal move, X Corp., the owner of the social network X, has filed a lawsuit in federal court in Texas against the crypto casino Duel (Immortal Snail LLC). The lawsuit accuses the operator and its founder, Ossi Ketola, of bribing employees and contractors of the social network to seize accounts, restore blocked profiles, and attack competitors and critics.
According to reports from Casino.org, one of the incidents described in the lawsuit involved an employee being offered $300,000 to unlock Duel and Ketola's accounts.
The lawsuit also states that in October 2025, the social network blocked the accounts of Duel and Monarch, which originally belonged to other users, as well as profiles associated with Ketola's skin gambling site, CSGOEmpire. Now, X Corp. is seeking a court order to suspend proceedings in the American Arbitration Association, where Immortal Snail is demanding access restoration.
