William Hill Plans Three New Nevada Sportsbooks with Terrible’s

William Hill, the sportsbook brand operated by Caesars Entertainment, is set to expand its Nevada operations through three new proposed locations in partnership with Terrible’s. The Nevada Gaming Control Board is scheduled to review licence recommendations for sportsbooks at Terrible’s Casino in Indian Springs, Terrible’s in Carlin, and Terrible’s Searchlight Casino during its upcoming Wednesday meeting. Should the board give its approval, the proposals will advance to the Nevada Gaming Commission, which is expected to consider them at its meeting on 19 November.

Expansion Strategy Targets Local Markets

The addition of these three venues would bring William Hill’s presence in Nevada to over 110 outlets. The operator’s expansion is not limited to large, fully staffed sportsbooks; many locations rely on automated kiosks for on-site wagering. This approach allows William Hill to serve both high-traffic properties and smaller, local casinos across the state.

Eric Hession, President of Caesars Digital Operations, highlighted the company’s ability to quickly launch new sportsbooks, referencing the recent reopening of the William Hill sportsbook at Primm Valley Resort after a short closure. That reopening featured a mix of kiosks, ticket windows, and viewing screens, as well as the return of relocated staff.

Recent and Ongoing Growth

The partnership with Terrible’s is part of a broader expansion drive that began in 2025, with William Hill adding or enhancing outlets at properties such as Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, Hotel Nevada in Ely, Verdi Grillhouse in western Nevada, and Barton’s Club in Jackpot. The company also recently completed renovations at the Rio hotel-casino’s race and sportsbook, introducing more kiosks, upgraded displays, and new seating options.

Why This Matters for Industry Stakeholders

For operators, William Hill’s scalable model demonstrates how sportsbooks can adapt to venues of varying sizes, from major Strip casinos to small-town establishments. This flexibility enables broader market penetration and helps maintain competitiveness in a state where in-person registration is required for digital wagering. For affiliates and suppliers, the expansion signals potential new partnership and distribution opportunities. Regulators, meanwhile, are tasked with evaluating the suitability of new licence applications and ensuring compliance as the market diversifies.

Additionally, William Hill’s promotional efforts, such as the Nevada $1 Million Parlay Cash Giveaway, are designed to drive foot traffic to partner casinos—benefiting property owners and reinforcing the value of retail sportsbook partnerships in a market with strict in-person requirements.
