SBC Summit Europe has announced a multi-year strategic media partnership with CasinoNieuws.nl, positioning the Dutch gambling news platform as its exclusive Dutch gambling media partner. The agreement aims to enhance the event's reach in the Netherlands and deepen its engagement with the Dutch gaming sector ahead of the summit's debut at RAI Amsterdam from 19–21 April 2027.

Collaboration to Shape Dutch Market Content

Under the partnership, CasinoNieuws will co-curate the Dutch market track alongside SBC’s conference team, contributing to the development of session themes, topics, and speaker selection. The programme is set to address key regulatory and commercial issues facing the Dutch gambling sector, including taxation, advertising restrictions, player protection, and enforcement. These discussions will be placed in a broader European context, reflecting ongoing changes and challenges across regulated markets.

Strategic Importance for Industry Stakeholders

This partnership is part of SBC’s broader strategy to build strong connections within the Dutch licensed gambling industry. For operators, affiliates, and suppliers, the collaboration offers opportunities for increased visibility and networking within one of Europe’s most closely watched regulated markets. The partnership also signals a commitment to incorporating local expertise and perspectives into the event’s content, which is particularly relevant given the evolving regulatory landscape in the Netherlands.

Regulatory and Industry Focus at SBC Summit Europe 2027

The summit will feature a strong regulatory emphasis, supported by other recent partnerships with the Dutch trade association VNLOK and international regulatory bodies such as the International Association of Gaming Regulators (IAGR) and the International Masters of Gaming Law (IMGL). The event will open with an invitation-only SBC Leaders Regulatory Forum and offer a dedicated European Regulation track, alongside a broader programme of business, educational, and networking opportunities. Organisers expect to welcome over 8,000 attendees, including more than 3,000 licensed operator representatives, 250 exhibitors and sponsors, and 250 industry speakers.
