The Plaza Hotel & Casino, situated in the heart of Las Vegas, announced on Thursday its plans to unveil a new high-limit gaming room this summer, tailored specifically for premium players.
This upcoming gaming area, which will be located on the main casino floor, is set to showcase around 60 cutting-edge gaming machines, including a variety of electronic table games. The design aims to create an intimate atmosphere, as part of the Plaza’s initiative to enhance and diversify its gaming portfolio.
Jonathan Jossel, CEO of Plaza Hotel & Casino, stated, “The Plaza is committed to evolving its offerings to align with the preferences of our guests. Introducing a high-limit gaming room is another way we aim to ensure our visitors enjoy a diverse range of gaming experiences, featuring an exclusive, comfortable, and personalized space for slot enthusiasts.”
The decision to launch this new space is influenced by the casino's expanding slot business, a rise in affluent clientele, and persistent requests from loyal patrons.
Spanning 2,000 square feet, the venue will blend classic Las Vegas charm with contemporary design elements, incorporating dark hues, gold Art Deco details, and luxurious furnishings to foster an upscale ambiance.
Guests will benefit from a variety of amenities, including a dedicated concierge desk for services like restaurant bookings at Oscar’s Steakhouse, hotel room upgrades, and cabana reservations at the rooftop pool. Additionally, the space will provide 24-hour cocktail service, complimentary chilled drinks, and a private ATM/TITO redemption machine.
Beyond gaming, the room is also designed to be convertible into a private event space, accommodating catered events and gatherings.
The high-limit gaming room will be operational around the clock, with a grand opening planned for later this summer.
