Kalshi, a prominent prediction market, has secured a multi-year partnership with Madison Square Garden, placing its branding throughout the iconic venue and MSG Networks. This collaboration aims to connect with millions of sports and entertainment fans who attend events at the renowned New York arena annually.
As part of the agreement, Kalshi is recognized as the Official Prediction Market Partner of Madison Square Garden Entertainment, which includes naming rights for the sixth-floor concourse, now designated as the Kalshi Concourse.
Fans will see Kalshi's branding integrated into the overall experience during concerts, comedy performances, and sports events at Madison Square Garden. Signage will be visible from the Seventh Avenue marquee and exterior digital displays, extending into the Kalshi Concourse and LED screens within the arena.
Additionally, Kalshi plans to introduce engaging digital activations in the concourse area, enhancing visitor interaction.
The sixth-floor concourse is a bustling hub, serving as a central point for merchandise, food, premium bars, and refreshment stations frequented by thousands of attendees during events. It also features “Defining Moments” exhibits showcasing historical images and memorabilia related to Madison Square Garden.
Doug Jossem, Executive Vice President of Global Sports & Entertainment Partnerships at MSG Entertainment, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, stating, “As leaders in live entertainment, we are always looking for innovative collaborations with forward-thinking brands. We are proud to welcome Kalshi as our first prediction market partner.”
This partnership also includes advertising integrations and branded content across MSG Networks, which broadcasts five professional sports teams in the New York area.
Kalshi announced the agreement on May 8, highlighting that it encompasses media placements aimed at audiences following teams like the Knicks and Rangers during both regular and postseason coverage.
With the concourse entitlement and network integrations, Kalshi will gain visibility among millions of attendees and viewers associated with Madison Square Garden events and programming.
Adam Barrick, Head of Sports Partnerships at Kalshi, remarked, “Madison Square Garden is a landmark in New York's cultural history, and we are thrilled to join the MSG family. Both organizations share a vision of engaging consumers in their passions, whether it’s sports, music, or entertainment.”
He added, “Partnering with ‘The World's Most Famous Arena’ is a significant milestone for Kalshi, and we are proud to collaborate with such a prestigious venue.”
Madison Square Garden, which opened in 1879, hosts numerous live sports and entertainment events each year, attracting millions of visitors and consistently ranking among the top-grossing entertainment venues in Billboard and Pollstar listings.
Valeria Vouterakou, Legal Counsel at Kalshi, concluded, “Kalshi is proud to be a true New York City institution, and we are excited to partner with another iconic establishment like MSG.”
