Instant Win Gaming (IWG) has introduced Daily Streak, a new feature aimed at encouraging consecutive daily play across its eInstant lottery games. The rollout began with two North American lotteries and will expand to three more later this month.
Feature Rewards Consecutive Play
Daily Streak offers players a wheel spin each day they log into a participating eInstant game, awarding an enhanced benefit for that day. If players return on consecutive days, they can either retain their current benefit level or potentially receive an upgrade. Missing a day resets the streak and the wheel to its initial state.
Adoption Across Multiple Lotteries
The Atlantic Lottery was the first to launch the feature through Daily Streak Expander, followed by the Pennsylvania Lottery with Next Level Loot. The Kentucky Lottery is set to debut Daily Streak Boost later in the month, while both the Virginia Lottery and New Hampshire Lottery will introduce Daily Streak Expander.
Flexible Integration for Lotteries
IWG has designed Daily Streak to be adaptable, allowing for integration across a variety of eInstant titles and accommodating different lottery prize structures and game requirements. The Daily Streak Expander variant uses a 3x5 game board that grows as players progress through levels earned from wheel spins, unlocking more prize opportunities and bonus games as they advance.
Why This Matters for Operators and Affiliates
The introduction of Daily Streak offers lotteries new tools to boost player engagement and retention by incentivizing regular participation. For operators and affiliates, features like this can increase the frequency of player visits and potentially extend session times, supporting revenue growth and customer loyalty in the competitive digital lottery market.
