The indie studio Toxic Studio, in collaboration with publisher Polden Publishing, has launched a new casino management simulator titled 'The House Always Wins' on Steam, as reported by iGN.
In this game, players can build their own casino from scratch, either solo or in a cooperative mode with up to four players. The gameplay involves placing slot machines, tables, and bars, designing the interior of the casino, cleaning restrooms, and even accepting strange items from visitors at the pawn shop.
Players will also need to maintain order, dealing with graffiti artists, smokers setting machines on fire, and even zombie geese and aliens causing chaos.
The game has a roadmap extending to 2027, promising a series of major updates, including the introduction of a motel and a money laundering system. Since its release on May 21, it has received a very positive rating based on 831 user reviews.
