Merkur, the renowned German gaming supplier, is gearing up for its return to the Global Gaming Expo (G2E), which will take place from September 28 to October 1 at the Venetian Expo in Las Vegas. This year, the company will showcase an expanded range of products, including jackpot systems, fresh game titles, and innovative cabinet technology.
The company’s participation in G2E 2025 follows a successful appearance at this year’s ICE trade show in Barcelona and comes on the heels of its acquisition of Gaming Arts, alongside securing a distribution and manufacturing license. These developments have solidified Merkur's position as a key player in the US gaming market.
Dominik Raasch, a member of the management board at Merkur Games, expressed that the positive feedback received in Las Vegas last year has influenced their plans for this year. “The 2025 edition of G2E is a significant milestone for us. With our distribution and manufacturing license secured and the acquisition of Gaming Arts completed, we are increasingly recognized not just as an established international supplier, but as a serious competitor in the US gaming industry,” Raasch stated.
He further added, “The encouraging response we received in Las Vegas has fueled our momentum, and we eagerly anticipate returning to G2E this year with a more robust portfolio, further strengthening our position in the American market, which is vital for our international growth strategy.”
Attendees can look forward to several Linked Progressive systems on display, such as Paw Link and Dimension Link, both of which made their debut at ICE 2026. New additions to the Paw Link series, including Wish Paw and Voodoo Paw featuring unique characters, will also be showcased.
Additionally, several Gaming Arts titles will make their first appearance at the show: Wild Temple 2, Imperial River Temple, 7's Fire Blitz, Showtime, and Mysteries of Atlantis. Other new releases will include Whirl Wins and Lion's Amulet, alongside the Prime Line multigame package that combines titles from the M-Line and M-Prime libraries.
Merkur plans to present its games using the Mod Ex cabinet line, which allows operators to customize the monitor, console, and base according to the preferences of individual venues and players. The company will exhibit the Mod Ex 332 and Mod Ex J55 variants, along with a new Mod Ex design tailored for the North American market, featuring a 49-inch C-Curved screen.
Merkur's booth will also feature contributions from its affiliated companies. GeWeTe, the cash-handling division of the group, will showcase machine-compatible solutions for checking, dispensing, and recycling banknotes and coins.
Spintec, a Slovenian supplier of electronic table games (ETG), will introduce several new products, including an upgrade to its Charisma platform. This will feature a Charisma Craps solution, an enhanced Baccarat offering with additional side bets, and the Charisma Stand Alone multigame unit, which accommodates six virtual games using Spintec's MultiView display technology.
Moreover, Spintec plans to host a tournament at its booth in an amphitheater-style setup as part of its participation in the event.
