A court in Kazakhstan has sentenced four residents of the Zhetysu region to four years in prison for organizing illegal gambling card games during live broadcasts on TikTok. This ruling comes under part 3 of Article 307 of the Criminal Code of Kazakhstan, as reported by the regional prosecutor's office.
One of the convicted individuals was a minor at the time the crime was committed. The illegal earnings generated by the group amounted to 95 million tenge, which is approximately $200,000.
