The Main Department for Combating Cybercrime of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Azerbaijan has arrested six suspects involved in the organization of illegal iGaming operations for Jaguar Casino and Rahat Casino.
The group's financial operations reportedly exceeded $5 million, equivalent to approximately $2.9 million.
According to the investigation, the suspects operated from a rented apartment in Baku, attracting players through WhatsApp and Telegram. User deposits were accepted via a payment service, chckeeper.net, which is banned in the country.
During the apartment search, police seized 55 mobile phones and 177 bank cards.
