The Dutch regulator KSA has mandated that casino streamer Nedergaming immediately cease promoting the unlicensed iGaming operator HolyLuck through platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, and Kick. Additionally, all related materials must be removed within five working days.
If Nedergaming fails to comply, they face a fine of €25,000 for each violation, with a maximum penalty of €75,000.
The KSA had previously informed the influencer about the prohibition on February 2, 2025, and rejected his argument that the English-language format of his broadcasts excludes targeting the Dutch audience.
