In Ukraine, the regulator PlayCity has begun testing the State Online Monitoring System (DOSM). According to the regulator, two unnamed operators have already connected to the system, while others are in the integration process.
The DOSM will provide the State Tax Service with access to primary transaction data from operators to calculate taxes on winnings, including military tax and income tax, as well as GGR.
