The Ukrainian regulator, PlayCity, has imposed a fine of 4.3 million UAH (approximately $96,000) on the iGaming operator Gorilla (ТОВ ГОРИЛЛАБЕТ). This penalty was issued due to the operator's failure to prevent access to their product by an individual listed in the Register of persons with restricted access to gambling.
Additionally, Gorilla was penalized for the late payment of its annual licensing fee. The regulator initiated an unscheduled inspection of the operator following a complaint from an affected party.
