A Berlin-based cybersecurity expert, Lilith Wittmann, has made headlines by publishing a ruling from the Berlin District Court on her X profile. According to Wittmann, this ruling allows her to use the documents she obtained and assert that the Maltese regulator, MGA, is facilitating organized crime.
The court examined the regulator's request and its CEO, Charles Mizzi, for a temporary injunction against Wittmann's actions concerning the use of these documents and her public statements regarding the MGA.
