The Ukrainian regulator PlayCity has imposed a fine on the operator Slotor777 (TOB Starblum Gaming) amounting to 432,350 UAH (approximately $9,600). This penalty was issued due to the use of software from a supplier that lacked a license for providing B2B services in the gambling sector.
