The Kyiv District Administrative Court in Ukraine has suspended the decision of PlayCity to annul the license of the operator Cosmolot until a final resolution of the dispute, as reported by Economic Truth citing the operator's press service. The license remains valid.
According to Cosmolot, the operator received a new five-year license in January 2026 after passing all necessary regulatory checks. Just two weeks ago, they underwent a scheduled inspection with no violations found regarding calculations or any other issues that could lead to license annulment or fines.
Cosmolot also claims that PlayCity has yet to publish the court's decision to suspend the license annulment on its official website, which the operator believes contradicts the principles of good governance.
