Stockman’s Casino in Fallon, Nevada, has officially completed a significant renovation project that spanned an entire year. The unveiling was celebrated with a ribbon-cutting event on September 18.
The extensive remodel features new carpeting throughout the casino, an upgraded air conditioning system, and enhancements to the back of the house, including a newly designed kitchen. Additionally, over half of the slot machines have been replaced to offer a fresh gaming experience.
The casino's cafe has undergone a complete transformation, now boasting a classic design and a revamped menu that highlights favorites like cheeseburgers and chicken fingers. Seasonal offerings will also make a comeback to cater to customer preferences. Daily promotions include Taco Tuesdays priced at $7.77 for Winner’s Club members, alongside the return of weekend prime rib specials.
General Manager Lou Capone expressed enthusiasm about the renovations, stating, “Fallon’s a great town and the ownership believes in this community. We’re excited to have inherited a great team and a building with great bones, but it was a bit tired. So, we reinvested in it to bring it back to close to where (Jim) Peters had it when he sold it many years ago.”
Members of the Winner’s Club can accumulate points through their gaming activities, which can be redeemed for free play or complimentary meals at the cafe. Higher-tier members enjoy added perks such as premium beverage service, complimentary monthly car washes, and discounts at Holiday Inn.
The casino has reinstated popular promotions like “Hot Seat.” Recently, a bingo event allowed guests to donate school supplies in exchange for bonus bingo cards, with plans for a similar initiative using nonperishable items in the upcoming fall season.
In addition, Stockman’s has introduced a Boomer’s Sportsbook betting kiosk, following a partnership established five months ago. According to Shawn Odell, a controller at Boomer’s Sportsbook, the kiosk is now operational on the casino's gaming floor and resembles those found in Las Vegas, Jackpot, Elko, Reno, and Sparks.
Players of Boomer’s Sportsbook can also utilize a mobile app to place bets throughout Nevada. However, customers must first verify their accounts in person at Stockman’s with valid identification before they can access the app.
Stockman’s Casino was originally established in 1969 by Ken and Glenda Bendickson and Herb Peters. The property changed hands in 1989 when Jim and Kathryn Peters acquired it from Herb Peters. Full House Resorts took over the casino in 2007 and managed it until April 2026, when it was purchased by David Ross and Michael Gaughan III of Clarity Game Nevada, LLC.
The casino operates 24 hours a day, located at 1560 W. Williams Avenue. Its cafe serves breakfast daily from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m., followed by lunch and dinner from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
