The Almaty region's prosecutor's office in Kazakhstan has revealed that 20 private court executors have been systematically participating in online gambling. These individuals have reportedly deposited a total of $383,000 into their gaming accounts with the operator Olimpbet over an unspecified period.
According to the prosecutor's office, one executor transferred an astonishing $296,000 to their gaming account over three years, while another contributed $55,300. This level of financial involvement raises significant ethical concerns.
The agency stated that the participation of individuals with publicly significant functions in gambling activities, especially at such a scale, contradicts professional ethics. Following this investigation, the prosecutor's office has submitted response acts to the Justice Department and the Regional Chamber of Private Court Executors to take appropriate measures.
