The team at IndexEmpire has shared an update with iGN regarding the scam case involving the affiliate program AffGems, which includes brands like Rolldorado and HappyJokers.
Despite efforts from the Extendy platform to influence AffGems, the latter has completely ignored the situation along with our €30,000. We are puzzled as to why the platform could not resolve this issue, especially since we had high hopes for them. All evidence from our side was provided, yet it seems both AffGems and Extendy are satisfied with the scam situation involving our team and the €30,000.
AffGems requested that we delete posts to avoid damaging their reputation, but we have, of course, not removed anything. We would have been happy to issue an update stating that the case was resolved and that we had no claims against AffGems, had they fulfilled their financial obligations to us. However, it appears that this method of clearing their reputation is not particularly appealing to them.
