The KSA regulator in the Netherlands published on March 6, 2023, 47 documents related to a decision made on February 20, 2026, revealing the names of iGaming operators that received warning letters and letters of non-prosecution from 2012 to 2016. Previously, these documents were published in an anonymized form.

Among the recipients of the warning letters are 888 Holdings (June 8, 2012), Simbat Entertainment Systems Ltd. (October 2, 2012), and Napoleon Games (May 3, 2016, with a deadline of June 14 and a threat of a fine up to €820,000 or 10% of turnover). Notifications of non-prosecution were sent to Unibet (June 6, 2013), Oranje Casino, Bwin, and Betsson. Additionally, a letter from Bluemay Enterprises N.V. dated May 2, 2013, addressed the prevention of sanctions.

Several operators objected to the publication; however, the KSA rejected their objections, citing the age of the information (over 12 years). The decision was made at the request of a third party based on the Public Administration Openess Act (Woo), and operators have six weeks to appeal.
