The Curaçao regulatory authority has announced that its previously disabled online portal for licensees is still not operational. However, this situation does not affect the validity of current licenses, the obligations of operators, or the oversight functions of the regulator itself.
Submission deadlines for documents through the portal have been postponed until its restoration, with new deadlines promised to be communicated by the CGA later. Until further notice, the regulator also requests that no documents intended for the portal be sent to the CGA's email, as processing them through alternative channels is currently impossible. The reason for the portal's disconnection has yet to be disclosed.
