This document is based on data from the government system Sigap, through which licensed operators are required to report their betting volumes and player statistics to the regulator SPA. There were 113.3 million active accounts categorized by brand, as one operator can operate under multiple brands.
At the end of March, there were 97.9 million active accounts with operators.
55.64% of players had accounts with two or more operators.
27.78% of players had accounts with four or more operators.
68.01% of registered players were male, with the largest age group being 31-40 years old (28.85%).
The Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR) for the quarter was $1.5 billion, of which $180 million was allocated to legally mandated purposes.
The targeted allocations were distributed among various sectors: $65 million to sports, $50 million to tourism, $24.5 million to public safety, $18 million each to education and social welfare, and $1.8 million to healthcare.
