Starting June 15, 2026, Belarusbank will impose restrictions on client transfers to Belarusian iGaming operators. The daily limit will be set at 600 BYN (approximately $212) for Velvet Club cards and 3,000 BYN (around $1,060) for other debit cards.
This limitation will apply to transactions coded with MCC 7995, which includes betting shops, lotteries, casinos, and other betting services.
The limit will affect transfers made through bank details, info kiosks, and ATMs of Belarusbank. However, payments made via POS terminals will not be subject to this restriction.
