A criminal case has been initiated in Mogilev, Belarus, regarding a fraud incident involving a 42-year-old local resident. The man allegedly borrowed $9,900 from an acquaintance under the pretense of developing a business, only to lose the entire amount in an online casino.
According to police reports, after receiving the money, the suspect ceased all communication with the victim. Initially, he had no intention of repaying the 53-year-old victim.
