The social network X has implemented a ban on the promotion of gambling and cryptocurrencies by influencers through paid partnerships. This change took effect on March 1.

Simultaneously, X has introduced a mandatory labeling system for paid posts, requiring influencers to disclose sponsorships in accordance with FTC guidelines. The new list of prohibited categories now includes pharmaceuticals, tobacco, weapons, and weight loss products.
