Among those implicated are the akim of a rural district, the deputy head of the housing inspection department, and the head of the housing and communal services sector, with account transactions totaling $6.8 million and $14,100.
All materials related to these violations have been forwarded to the Ethics Council. Additionally, the head of the akim's office has been held accountable for failing to ensure compliance with ethical standards among subordinates.
