The Ukrainian regulator, PlayCity, has imposed a hefty fine on blogger and actor Bohdan Sheludyak. The penalty amounts to 5.2 million UAH, which is approximately $116,900.
This fine comes as a result of Sheludyak's illegal promotion of gambling activities on his Instagram profile, which boasts 1.2 million followers. The move highlights the ongoing efforts by Ukrainian authorities to regulate the online gambling landscape and curb unlawful advertising.
