The regulatory body PlayCity in Ukraine has taken significant action against influencer Alena Omovich. In collaboration with the Bureau of Economic Security (BEB), they imposed a hefty fine exceeding 5 million UAH (approximately $114,500).
This penalty was levied due to her promotion of the unlicensed online casino Parik24 on her social media platforms, particularly Instagram. The move underscores the ongoing efforts by Ukrainian authorities to regulate the online gambling market and crack down on illegal operations.
