In Turkey, coordinated raids took place in Istanbul, Şanlıurfa, Antalya, and Ağrı, led by the Istanbul prosecutor's office. Law enforcement officials apprehended 30 suspects linked to the iGaming operators Golbet and Hasbet.
According to the prosecutor's office, the suspects utilized coffee shops, real estate offices, and communication salons as offline points for accepting deposits and placing bets on the operators' websites on behalf of clients.
The turnover from the bank accounts of 34 individuals involved amounted to $45 million from 2022 to 2025. During the operation across 10 locations, authorities seized weapons and numerous digital materials, and the search for remaining suspects is ongoing.
