Steam has unveiled a new page for the roguelite game Trust Your Gut, developed by indie creator Mishleto and published by Caspianborn Publishing, as reported by iGN.
The game’s narrative follows a protagonist, born under unlucky stars, whose life is tied to a rusty dieselpunk roulette wheel. Players will have to fulfill the demands of a host watching from the screen to gain their freedom.
Each day, players will make classic bets tailored to a roulette game featuring five balls and a single combined payout. They must also meet a set monetary quota, failure of which will end their run.
To tilt the odds in their favor, players can utilize over 150 rule-changing souvenirs and 50 different ball variants, while artifacts trigger multipliers. Additionally, players can sabotage the machine itself and acquire new balls for the roulette at the cost of the hero's health, even risking their own eyes.
The developer cites inspiration from indie games like CloverPit, Balatro, and Buckshot Roulette. The game is set to release in November 2026, with a demo already available that has received positive reviews from 46 users.
