Highest Growth:
- 78.8% — Singapore (recovery after a 15.5% decline the previous week; Toto Hong Bao national lottery jackpot of $9.4 million on February 27)
- 59.5% — Romania (recovery after a 21.5% decline the previous week amid a major esports tournament PGL for CS2 in Cluj-Napoca)
- 44.3% — Slovenia (provider Greentube entered the Slovenian market for the first time through a partnership with Casino.si on February 25)
- 39.6% — Switzerland (EuroMillions lottery jackpot of €159 million on February 27)
- 38.3% — Colombia (Independiente Medellín advanced to the next round of the Copa Libertadores after defeating Uruguay's Liverpool FC on February 25)
Largest Decline:
- 44.6% — Venezuela (opposition leader María Corina Machado's return to the country shifted focus to the political agenda)
