Pavel Durov, the founder of Telegram, was recently spotted in Tbilisi, Georgia. Photos and videos surfaced online showing the entrepreneur walking in Mtatsminda Park accompanied by security, as well as standing outside the Rooms hotel on Rustaveli Avenue.
Witnesses also reported seeing him in various city restaurants. However, Durov has not disclosed the purpose of his visit, and there have been no official comments from Georgian authorities.
