SOFTSWISS has successfully migrated the operational infrastructure of its casino platform to the Oracle Kubernetes Engine cloud service. A portion of the casinos is already functioning on this new architecture, with phased migrations planned for all projects on the platform.
According to the company, this migration will not require any changes to technical integrations and will not affect operational and regulatory processes. Among the benefits of the new architecture, SOFTSWISS highlights its resilience during peak gaming traffic and accelerated delivery of updates.
In collaboration with Oracle, engineering teams have redesigned key components of the platform, restructured the update delivery processes, and enhanced the monitoring system. The CTO of SOFTSWISS stated that Kubernetes has been the foundation of the company’s shared infrastructure services for years, making the expansion of this architecture to the casino platform a natural step. This migration also paves the way for a broader transformation of the product portfolio.
