In Belgrade, Serbia, seven national associations from the Balkan gaming industry have signed a memorandum of cooperation and launched the creation of the Balkan Gaming Federation (BGF). The initiative was led by AGOS from Serbia and AOGGAB from Bulgaria.
The federation includes associations from Serbia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Romania, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and North Macedonia. Participants will focus on combating illegal gambling, exchanging regulatory experiences, and positioning the Balkans as a unified industry zone in Europe.
The next meeting to vote on the draft charter is scheduled for May 26 during the Belgrade Future Gaming exhibition.
