In Russia, State Duma candidate Alexander Kartashov has included his gambling winnings from bookmakers BETBOOM and Winline in his income declaration. This was highlighted by streamer lagoda1337 during a recent Twitch broadcast.
According to documents from the electoral district in Moscow's Medvedkovo, captured on video by a witness, Kartashov's total income for 2025 amounted to 2.3 million rubles, with a balance of 1.225 million rubles across six bank accounts.
Among the sources of income listed by the candidate are winnings from participating in gambling activities at the betting companies LLC Firm Stom (BETBOOM) and LLC Management Company NKS (Winline), as well as interest from deposits and his salary at the State Budgetary Institution Zhilishchnik.
