In Russia, the State Duma's Committee on Economic Policy is under scrutiny regarding the regulation of instant payouts for bettors. This inquiry comes after RB Business sought clarification on the norm concerning immediate withdrawals of winnings to clients' cards.
Despite the pressing questions, no governmental body has commented on the amendment in question. A representative from the committee, led by one of the authors of the amendment, Maxim Topilin, stated that the Duma does not interpret legal norms, leaving this matter to the Constitutional Court's jurisdiction.
Another author of the amendment, Deputy Dmitry Svishchev, has not responded to the publication's inquiry over the past week.
