The Ukrainian regulator PlayCity has imposed a fine of over 4.3 million UAH (approximately $98,900) on the online casino operator Party Casino (ТОВ Паті Пленет). This penalty was issued due to the operator allowing a person from the Register of individuals with restricted access to gambling to participate in gaming activities.
The violation was discovered following an unscheduled inspection prompted by a complaint from a third party.
Party Casino has three months to voluntarily pay the fine.
