The Ukrainian regulator, PlayCity, has imposed a fine of 4.32 million UAH (approximately $98,300) on the iGaming operator ChampionsCasino (LLC LEMON). This penalty was issued due to the operator's involvement in transactions using third-party funds.
Additionally, ChampionsCasino was found to be operating an online casino without the mandatory certification of its software. Such actions violate the established regulations in the Ukrainian iGaming market, prompting the regulatory body to take action.
