The PlayCity regulator in Ukraine has imposed a hefty fine on the VEGAS operator (TOB SPARKTECH) amounting to 4,323,500 UAH, which is approximately $96,800. This penalty was issued due to the operator's use of third-party funds for transactions.
The violation came to light during an unscheduled inspection, which was initiated following complaints from players. Data obtained from the operator itself confirmed the breach of regulations.
