The Arbitration Court of Moscow has mandated that the bookmaker Olimpbet pay 649.1 million rubles (approximately $9.2 million) to Media Solutions LLC, which is associated with the Hardcore FC promotion.
This ruling was issued on May 18, following a lawsuit initially filed by Olimpbet against Hardcore FC for 49.8 million rubles (around $704,000), which the court dismissed entirely.
According to Anatoly Sul'yanov, the founder of Hardcore FC, who shared the news on the promotion's Telegram channel, the total claims against Olimpbet amount to 1.32 billion rubles (about $18.6 million). Hearings for the second lawsuit have yet to commence.
It is important to note that the court's decision has not yet come into force and is subject to appeal.
