Minors Sue Babylon Park Israel Over Gambling Practices

In Israel, two minors have filed a lawsuit against Babylon Park Israel in the Central District Court, claiming that the chain of children's entertainment complexes has installed roulette games, fortune wheels, and slot machines that can only be played using Babylon coins, an internal currency that obscures the actual cost of the games.

The lawsuit is valued at $827,000, according to reports from Ynet.

The plaintiffs argue that the exchange rate of the coins varies depending on the size of the purchased package, making it difficult to understand the true cost of playing. They are demanding that the company disclose prices in shekels and prohibit mechanisms based on chance and probability.

Babylon Park has rejected these claims, labeling them as incomplete, biased, and misleading.
