The Russian Finance Ministry has responded to a request from RB Business regarding the mandatory payout of winnings after each bet. However, the ministry was unable to provide clear guidance on this regulation.
In a statement, the press service of the ministry noted that there is no official position on the matter. They clarified that the bill was introduced to the State Duma by deputies.
Furthermore, the text of the amendment still leaves ambiguity regarding whether it applies only to players with self-exclusion or to all clients of bookmakers.
