CPA.ru has released an investigation into a large scam network known as SlotXHub, which reportedly profited for months from counterfeit versions of well-known gambling brands.
The scammers primarily focused on replicas of Mellstroy Casino. Through these fraudulent sites, they tricked players into depositing funds, with the total amount of money that passed through the scheme estimated to be in the tens of millions of rubles.
The investigation includes internal reports from SlotXHub, correspondence among participants, and details about individuals who are believed to be behind the operation of the network.
This story appears to be far from over: according to available information, several gambling brands have already begun to identify those involved in the scheme.
