The bookmaker Liga Stavok announced on April 14 the launch of a new promotional campaign aimed at attracting VIP players from other legal bookmakers in Russia. This initiative will run until July 19.
To participate, players must have a confirmed VIP Premium status and a turnover of at least $100,000 (approximately $1,300) in the last month. The iGN editorial team has compared the promotional promises with the loyalty program rules for VIP players (as of April 14, 2026):
Promotional Promises and Program Rules:
- The advertisement promises a transition on the player's terms. Section 2.5 of the rules requires players to place bets totaling 30% of the amount needed to confirm their status in the previous bookmaker within 7 calendar days after approval. For example, if confirming status in the previous bookmaker requires a turnover of 100 million per month, the player must place bets totaling 30 million (approximately $399,000) in Liga Stavok within 7 days.
- The advertisement promises a free bet of up to 100% on deposits. Section 2.9 of the rules provides for a free bet from the first wager after status assignment, with a ceiling ranging from $500 (for a level of 100-125 thousand) to $500,000 (for a level of 15 million).
- The advertisement promises a weekly free bet for a turnover of up to 1 million. Section 7.1 of the rules requires a turnover of 100 million (approximately $1.33 million) per week for this. Section 7.2 excludes from the turnover bets with odds below 1.25, free bets, and refunds.
- The advertisement promises cashback under familiar conditions. Section 2.7 of the rules allows the bookmaker to determine the cashback percentage, frequency, and conditions individually. Section 6.9 allows the bookmaker to suspend, change, or cancel cashback accrual at their discretion.
However, the promotional wording of the campaign significantly diverges from the conditions outlined in the rules. A key barrier for VIP players is the requirement to place bets totaling 30% of the amount needed to confirm their status in the previous bookmaker within 7 days.
