The KVA association in the Netherlands, responsible for certifying local affiliates, has raised alarms on its LinkedIn profile regarding unlicensed iGaming operators.
According to the organization, when users search for online casinos, specific domains leading to products without a Dutch license frequently appear in the suggestions. This issue is compounded by Google's algorithm, which autonomously offers Dutch users queries such as 'online casinos without Cruks' (the Dutch self-exclusion register) and 'best online casinos abroad' without any external intervention.
