The Department of Financial Monitoring in Astana, Kazakhstan, has announced an international search for Ilyar Yuvashev, a citizen of Kazakhstan and blogger known as andersonchik1, born in 1998.
According to the Financial Monitoring Agency (AFM), Yuvashev allegedly assisted in the operation of a network of illegal online casinos, including mellstroy.game, which have been operating without a license in the country during 2024-2025.
The AFM reports that to legalize financial flows and conceal operations, the individuals involved registered 22 shell companies. Through POS terminals and electronic payment tools, they processed over 3.6 billion tenge (approximately $7.46 million) of player funds.
