The General Prosecutor's Office and the Financial Monitoring Agency of Kazakhstan have extradited blogger Kaysar Kamza from Vietnam. He is currently in a detention center.
According to the investigation, in January 2025, Kamza allegedly promoted the illegal online casino Pinco on his Instagram and Telegram channel, Қора энтертейнмэнт, for a reward. His cryptocurrency wallet reportedly received nearly $200,000.
Previously, the Ministry of Internal Affairs also suspected the blogger of organizing illegal gambling activities.
From 2021 to 2025, Kamza and nine accomplices allegedly established several illegal online casinos in Kazakhstan, generating revenues exceeding 106 billion tenge (approximately $225 million). All of them are currently under arrest, and the charges against Kamza could lead to a prison sentence of up to seven years, along with asset confiscation.
