Greentube, a subsidiary of NOVOMATIC Digital Gaming and Entertainment, has announced the full acquisition of the Czech iGaming operator Kingsbet CZ. This move is part of Greentube's strategy to expand its presence in regulated European markets.
The closing of the deal is subject to several conditions, including regulatory approval. The financial details of the transaction have not been disclosed.
