Green Valley Ranch Resort in Nevada has launched its newly updated meeting and convention facilities, along with a brand-new outdoor venue called The Lawn, as part of a significant $200 million renovation project.
Situated just a short drive from the Las Vegas Strip, this Henderson resort has redefined its approach to hosting meetings, conferences, corporate events, and social gatherings. The redesign was executed by Station Casinos' in-house design team in collaboration with architecture firm WATG and Wimberly Interiors.
The revamped spaces incorporate a blend of Mediterranean-inspired aesthetics with modern design elements, resulting in a contemporary event atmosphere that enhances functionality and guest satisfaction while maintaining the resort's unique character, as noted by Station Casinos.

These areas honor the property’s enduring legacy while introducing striking, modern design features that elevate all types of gatherings.”
The enhanced meeting and convention areas cover approximately 69,000 square feet and showcase warm natural hues, elegant textures, custom lighting, tonal wall coverings, and custom carpeting. Modern furnishings and thoughtfully arranged seating spaces have been integrated to promote collaboration, comfort, and engagement during events.
The resort's expanded event offerings now include a range of indoor and outdoor venues that can accommodate everything from intimate gatherings to large-scale events hosting up to 5,000 participants.
Among the newly updated spaces is the Estancia Ballroom and its adjacent foyer, located on the main casino level. This venue can host up to 900 guests for receptions, 1,300 in a theater setup, and 600 for banquet-style events.
Additionally, the Grand Ballroom at The Grand Event Center has been enhanced, making it more appealing for conferences, banquets, and special occasions. It can accommodate up to 1,100 guests for receptions and banquet gatherings, and up to 1,500 in a theater configuration. The Grand Event Center remains a venue for concerts and comedy shows as well.
Furthermore, the resort features 17 breakout rooms and upgraded meeting spaces that offer flexible arrangements for corporate meetings, conferences, and social events.
A highlight of this latest development phase is The Lawn, a new 5,000-square-foot outdoor venue designed for corporate functions, weddings, and social celebrations. Surrounded by landscaped Japanese Boxwoods and White Iceberg Roses, The Lawn can host between 50 and 250 guests and features decorative bistro lighting to create a welcoming ambiance.
When combined with the nearby Opium Terrace and Piazza, The Lawn increases the resort’s outdoor event capacity to accommodate up to 600 guests.
Other outdoor venues include The Terrace, which can host up to 100 guests; the Opium Terrace, with a capacity of 600; and the Piazza, which can accommodate 100 guests. The Pool Deck can host up to 1,000 attendees, while the Garden Amphitheater provides a spacious outdoor setting for product launches, demonstrations, and special events for up to 1,000 guests. For more intimate gatherings, the resort’s Vineyard offers a curated outdoor experience.
The upgraded event facilities are equipped with cutting-edge technology, adaptable room configurations, and a dedicated events team focused on ensuring seamless execution from planning through to production.
This opening follows a series of recent achievements in Green Valley Ranch’s extensive redevelopment plan, including the unveiling of its redesigned West Tower luxury suites. The resort's transformation is set to continue through 2026, with more enhancements planned for guest rooms and dining options.
