The Global Gaming Expo (G2E) 2026 will commence its Main Stage activities on September 29, featuring a keynote address from Bill Miller, the President and CEO of the American Gaming Association. This will be followed by a panel discussion involving three prominent casino executives and a special dialogue between BetMGM's CEO Adam Greenblatt and hockey legend Wayne Gretzky.
This event marks the beginning of three days filled with Main Stage discussions, taking place at The Venetian Expo in Las Vegas until October 1.
Doors will open at 8:15 a.m., with Miller's keynote scheduled to start at 8:45 a.m.
“We are excited to host an outstanding group of industry leaders and speakers at the G2E Main Stage. These discussions will unite influential figures to share valuable insights, ignite meaningful dialogues, and explore the opportunities and challenges our industry faces,” Miller stated.
After Miller's address, CNBC correspondent Contessa Brewer will lead a panel featuring three CEOs from major casino companies, discussing the current landscape of the gaming industry both in the U.S. and globally.
The panelists include Bill Hornbuckle, President and CEO of MGM Resorts International; Tom Reeg, CEO of Caesars Entertainment; and Craig Billings, CEO of Wynn Resorts. Their conversation will delve into topics such as expansion in Las Vegas and internationally, integrated resorts, technology, tourism, and the key factors driving long-term growth in the sector.
Following the CEO panel, Greenblatt and Gretzky will engage in a discussion about the intersection of professional sports, digital innovation, and sports betting, highlighting what they believe is essential for success in their respective fields.
Gretzky is anticipated to reflect on the coaches, teammates, and family members who shaped his hockey journey, while Greenblatt will share insights from guiding BetMGM through transformative changes in the gaming sector.
On September 30, another Main Stage session will feature activist Elizabeth Smart in a dialogue with Meghan Speranzo, Co-Chair of Mentorship at Global Gaming Women. This session, presented by Global Gaming Women, will commence at 9 a.m., with doors opening at 8:30 a.m., focusing on resilience and professional identity, especially for women in the workforce.
The comprehensive education program for G2E 2026 includes over 100 sessions and more than 300 speakers. The event is projected to attract over 25,000 industry professionals from more than 120 countries, regions, and territories, alongside nearly 400 exhibitors. G2E has been a cornerstone for the legal and regulated gaming industry for over 25 years, encompassing casinos, hospitality, technology, iGaming, and sports betting.
